1. Purpose of SMS Messaging - Peakworth Capital sends SMS messages only for appointment-related communication:

  • Confirmations
  • Reminders
  • Rescheduling or cancellation notices

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS content.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages as outlined. Consent is required and logged in Salesforce.

3. Message Frequency:

You may receive 1–3 messages per appointment. Frequency may vary.

4. Fees and Charges

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. Peakworth Capital does not charge you to receive messages.

5. Opt-Out Policy

You may unsubscribe by replying STOP at any time. You will receive one final opt-out confirmation message.

6. Help and Support

7. Data Use and Retention

All information collected through the SMS program is used solely for service delivery. Records are retained only as long as necessary.

8. Service Providers

We may use trusted vendors to help manage our SMS platform. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as needed to deliver the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SMS messaging at our discretion.
